CHRISTOPHER "CJ" JOHNSON

In addition to my role as a General Contractor for the last twenty five years, I am a realtor with Keller Williams Realty. Contracting and Real Estate are an exciting blend of two types of businesses that go hand in hand to benefit my clients. To be able to work in the Home Business as both the Builder and the Realtor provides me with the ability to go above and beyond for my clients when they see a property in the right location, but it’s not exactly their dream home. I can transform most homes into that perfect home in the perfect location. Having the ability to see the potential in a property that will fit the needs and wants of my client when they can’t quite picture it for themselves is what makes me stand out. And for me, the experience is about building relationships with great people.

I genuinely love to help folks through their entire home experience. My mission is to be a resource for people by going above and beyond the transaction of buying or selling a house, and create their ideal home. Many homeowners do not know what to do when repairs and other problems arise; it is overwhelming. When remodeling and working with a contractor, homeowners may be left wishing they had a guide to help them along the way. I am here to fill that gap and put their fears to rest.
